Repareer Service
Ja, in de meeste gevallen bieden we een gratis reparatieservice aan. Ons motto: beter gerepareerd dan vervangen. Deze service is beschikbaar voor klanten overal ter wereld.
Je hebt een gratis garantietermijn van 365 dagen op je Blue Rivet Jeans. We beoordelen je reparatieverzoek aan de hand van de aankoopdatum op de factuur in ons systeem.
We werken graag samen aan de reparatie, want het opsturen van de jeans naar een gespecialiseerde kleermaker en weer terug zorgt voor extra CO2-uitstoot. Daarom kiezen we ervoor om de reparatie bij jouw lokale kleermaker te vergoeden.
Op basis van onze bezoeken aan lokale kleermakers hanteren we de volgende vergoedingen voor 'beschadigde' jeans:
a. Verlies of schade aan knopen & klinknagels:
– We sturen deze gratis per post op.
– Kleermakerskosten: €4
b. Losgeraakte naden & zoomnaden:
– Kleermakerskosten: €10
c. Gescheurde stof:
– Kleermakerskosten: €10

– Geef duidelijk aan wat er gerepareerd moet worden
– Voeg een foto van de schade toe
– Voeg je aankoopfactuur bij
We nemen op werkdagen binnen 24 uur contact met je op.
– Verlies of schade aan knopen en klinknagels (vervangende onderdelen worden naar je opgestuurd)
– Losgeraakte naden en zoomnaden
– Gescheurde stof
– Kapotte ritsen

Geef duidelijk aan wat er gerepareerd moet worden, voeg foto’s van de schade toe en voeg je aankoopfactuur bij.
We nemen binnen 24 uur op werkdagen contact met je op.
We beoordelen de schade aan de hand van de foto’s en vergoeden de kleermakerskosten aan jou volgens bovenstaande tarieven (gemiddeld tarief Nederlandse kleermaker).
Shipping and Delivery
Your Blue Rivet order is delivered within 2 working days in The Netherlands and Belgium.
For other EU countries it takes upto 3-5 working days.
Blue Rivet is available in the EU.
Shipping is free in the Netherlands and Belgium. For the other EU countries the shipping costs are between €10 - €30
You will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email, once the order is on its way. The tracking number will need a few hours to become active. If some how the link is still not working after a good hours wait, than contact us on support@bluerivetjeans.com

Order & Payment
You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. This confirms the placement of your order with Blue Rivet.
Blue Rivet works with Mollie payment services, who will validate you credit & debit card. It's advisable to have enough funds on the accounts once you place your order. Mollie has the right to decline orders and payments. We advise you to contact support@bluerivetjeans.com if this has occurred to you.
If you pay your order with Klarna, Klarna will validate your order & payment. Klarna has the right to decline you payment based on your credit ratings.
You can use the larger known credit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro) or Ideal, Bank contact, Paypal and Klarna.
It’s not necessary to create an account in order to buy on bluerivetjeans.com. However we do recommend you create an account, it makes the process for your next order easier and you can always find back your size you previously bought.

Currently we do not have gift cards, unfortunately.
Returns & Refunds
You can always order a new size via the website, and return the pair of jeans you have at your place right now. You currently can not order a new size on the return form.
You can request within 30 days after receiving the order a returnlabel here. Please specify the reason for the return and place the return-address label on the outside of the box over your own address label.
Returns are free of charge in The Netherlands and Belgium. Returning your package from other EU countries local charges apply.
You will receive your money back within 10 working days.
Unfortunately not. You can not return after the 30-day return period.
Yes, you can return the order you bought with a discount. You get the money you paid for the item back, if your retour is in the same new condition as the original product you received.
You may return your package in any other box or bag. But if you want to speed things up a bit, just use the Blue Rivet packaging for your return.
