Refund policy

How can you return your order:

Step1. You can request your return within your account. Look for your order, select the products you want to return and request your return. After validation, you'll receive a returnlabel in your email.

Step 2. You can re-use the original packaging. Please place your returnlabel on the package and make sure the orignal label isn't scannable anymore. You can hand in your return at a DHL Servicepoint nearby.

Step 3. You will receive your money back within 10 working days.

Step 4. You may also return products you bought with a discount voucher. But you can’t return any items after the 30-day return term.

Returns are free of charge in The Netherlands and Belgium (DHL). Returning your package from other EU countries local charges apply.
