Blue Rivet works with Mollie payment services, who will validate you credit & debit card. It's advisable to have enough funds on the accounts once you place your order. Mollie has the right to decline orders and payments. We advise you to contact support@bluerivetjeans.com if this has occurred to you.
If you pay your order with Klarna, Klarna will validate your order & payment. Klarna has the right to decline you payment based on your credit ratings.
3. What are the payment methods?

You will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email, once the order is on its way. The tracking number will need a few hours to become active. If some how the link is still not working after a good hours wait, than contact us on support@bluerivetjeans.com

You can always order a new size via the website, and return the pair of jeans you have at your place right now. You currently can not order a new size on the return form.
2. How can I return my order?
With the return form in the shipping box you can return your order within 30 days. Please specify the reason for the return and place the return-address label on the outside of the box over your own address label.
3. What does a return cost?
Returns are free of charge in The Netherlands and Belgium. Returning your package from other EU countries local charges apply.
4. When will I have my money back from my return?
You will receive your money back within 10 working days.
5. Can I return after the return period is over?
Unfortunately not. You can not return after the 30-day return period.
6. Can I return an order I bought with a discount?
Yes, you can return the order you bought with a discount. You get the money you paid for the item back, if your retour is in the same new condition as the original product you received.

You may return your package in any other box or bag. But if you want to speed things up a bit, just use the Blue Rivet packaging for your return.
1. Do you repair my Blue Rivet for free?
Yes, in most cases we offer a free repair service. Our motto; better repaired than replaced. The service is offered to customers anywhere in the world.
2. What are the repair conditions?
You have a free 365-day-guarantee program on your Blue Rivet Jeans.
We will judge your request based on the date on the buying invoice in our system.
We'll work together on the repair, because sending the jeans to specialized tailor and back, means more CO2 emission. Therefore are determined to pay for the repair at your local tailor. Based on our visits to local tailors we are apply the following repair-costs, hence: refunds, for 'injured' jeans.
a. Loss/damage of buttons & rivets: We will send these over by airmail, free of any charge.
Tailor costs: 4 euros
b. Open stitches & open hem stitches

You can always order a new size via the website, and return the pair of jeans you have at your place right now. You currently can not order a new size on the return form.

With the return form in the shipping box you can return your order within 30 days. Please specify the reason for the return and place the return-address label on the outside of the box over your own address label.

Returns are free of charge in The Netherlands and Belgium. Returning your package from other EU countries local charges apply.

Yes, in most cases we offer a free repair service. Our motto; better repaired than replaced. The service is offered to customers anywhere in the world.
2. What are the repair conditions?
You have a free 365-day-guarantee program on your Blue Rivet Jeans.
We will judge your request based on the date on the buying invoice in our system.
We'll work together on the repair, because sending the jeans to specialized tailor and back, means more CO2 emission. Therefore are determined to pay for the repair at your local tailor. Based on our visits to local tailors we are apply the following repair-costs, hence: refunds, for 'injured' jeans.
