Exchange and return in the shop

Items can only be returned or exchanged by showing your ID and order confirmation email on phone or tablet.

Return by postal service

If you would like to return your order via postal service, please follow the steps below. Exchanging your order is not possible. If you prefer a different article or size, please place a new order online.

Items purchased in-store can only be returned in-store.

Orders delivered with DHL within NL, BE and DE

Step 1. Fill in which item(s) you are going to return and indicate the reason for these items on this form.

Step 2. Place your item(s) and completed return form in a secure package.

Step 3. Click on the return link (https://nolabel.shipping-portal.com/rp/) that you can find at the bottom of the delivery confirmation email to sign up your return. After signing up your return you can download and print your return label. Put the return label on your return package and bring the package to a DHL ServicePoint.

Step 4. Once your return order has arrived and has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that your refund will be processed within 20 working days.
